Can exhibitors attend scientific sessions?
Those exhibitors with an Exhibitor Full Conference badge may attend scientific sessions. Scientific sessions are not accessible to those attendees with a booth personnel badge type. Each exhibiting company has an allotment of Exhibitor Full Conference badges which corresponds to their booth size. Additional Exhibitor Full Conference badges can be purchased via SLAS2019 Exhibitor Registration.
How do exhibitors register for SLAS2019?
The key contact for this event has access to SLAS2019 Exhibitor Registration user credentials. Once obtained, those credentials can be used to register booth personnel and Exhibitor Full Conference attendees via SLAS2019 Exhibitor Registration.
Please DO NOT register additional booth personnel as Exhibition Only. All exhibitor attendees should be registered using SLAS2019 Exhibitor Registration.
How do exhibitors obtain the SLAS2019 attendee list?

How should exhibitors book hotel rooms for SLAS2019?
Information on exhibitor hotel and travel is available here. The deadline for booking hotel accommodations at the negotiated SLAS2019 rate is January 3, 2019. Bookings made after this date will receive the group rate based only on individual hotel availability.
Please be aware that exhibitors often are solicited by unaffiliated hotels or third-party housing agencies to book hotel reservations. SLAS2019.org is the only official booking agency and any solicitations or communications regarding hotel bookings from non-SLAS employees should not be considered valid. When SLAS is notified of these solicitations, we immediately demand a cease and desist of such practices.

Will complimentary wi-fi will be available at SLAS2019?
Complimentary wi-fi access will be available to SLAS2019 participants in select areas of the San Diego Convention Center, but not in the SLAS2019 Exhibition. Complimentary wi-fi coverage areas include scientific session rooms, main concourses, the SLAS2019 registration area and the immediate surrounding vicinity. Due to contracted agreements in place with Convention Center providers, exhibitors must make arrangements for their own Internet requirements. See the Exhibitor Services Kit for details and forms.
Can exhibitors attend SLAS2019 special events including the Tuesday Night Event at the Smithsonian National Museum of Natural History?
All attendees – including Exhibitor Booth Personnel – may attend the SLAS2019 Tuesday Night Event on Feb. 5. Complimentary shuttle bus service will be provided.
Additionally, exhibitor booth personnel badge holders may attend Special Interest Group (SIG) meetings/sessions, exhibitor tutorials, receptions in the exhibition and poster presentations.
Only full conference registrants may attend scientific sessions.
